It’s been a wonderful year here at Qwilr HQ. After many chats with customers, we developed a roadmap to ship big upgrades to our editor, introduced Slack notifications, HubSpot automations, and a new formal way to get deals signed with agreements.

In this special yearly edition, let’s take a look at what we built.

Let's explore the highlights ⤵️

HubSpot Automations

Automate manual CRM tasks by making sure what happens in Qwilr gets auto synced with HubSpot.

Bigger & better analytics

We did a HUGE overhaul of our analytics so you can track precisely who is viewing your page, how they’re interacting with it, and exactly what they’re interested in.

Agreements

Now you can use Qwilr for formal contracts as well as your proposals - we have already had hundreds of customers save huge amounts of money by ditching their expensive e-sign solutions in favour of doing it all-in-one on Qwilr.

Slack notifications

Notifications across both email and Slack, which means you get notified the second someone first views your page, if someone new views the page, when your customer starts the e-sign process but gets stuck.

Read more about the type of Slack notifications you get.

Editor levelled up

We’ve levelled up the Qwilr editor in several ways:

New pre-made content blocks

These pre-designed blocks include options for all of the different types of content that you would expect to see in a proposal.

From “Meet The Team” to “Timelines”, and from “Return on Investment” to “Introductions”, we’ve given you everything that you’ll need to pull together compelling collateral.

Multiple columns

With our new Layout widget, you can choose to add content to your Qwilr page in two, three, four and up to 12 columns.

Drag and drop content anywhere

Simply grab the handle icon, next to any piece of content, and effortlessly move it to your desired location.

We’ve also made improvements to how you select content on your pages. Selecting content, across different parts of each block, is now much more intuitive.

In-line editing

Edit text and apply it selectively with a toolbox that appears contextually when you want to edit.

We’re planning more improvements on the Editor in 2025.

SOC 2 Compliant

We are stoked to announce that we have successfully completed our SOC 2 Type II audit!

SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) is a rigorous auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Successfully completing a SOC 2 Type II audit lets you know that Qwilr maintains the highest standards when it comes to protecting your data.

Coming in 2025
