Within your Qwilr account, click the help button in the bottom right corner to view our guides and speak with the team. You can also email [email protected] at any time!

All customers, including our trial customers, can email and speak to our Customer Support at no added cost! You also get access to our extensive knowledge base too, making your Qwilr experience simplified and easy.

You should provide as much detail as you can when reaching out to the team, especially if you believe you’ve found a bug. If you want us to access your account to check anything - we need written permission to do that, so feel free to let us know in your initial email if that’s okay!

Qwilr Support is email or chat based (depending on your plan, all plans include email support). For an additional fee, our team can run a call with you - however we find most queries can be easily answered through emails.

When you sign up to Qwilr, you’ll immediately get a free 14-day trial of our Enterprise plan, with unrestricted access to try all of our features. No contract or credit card details needed. Before your trial ends, you can choose to continue on the Enterprise plan or choose another option. Once the trial expires, your Qwilr Pages will still be live for 30 days, but you will no longer have access to your account.

Yes! Speak to our Support Team if you’d like to upgrade from Business to Enterprise.

If you choose to subscribe to our Business Plan and pay Annually, you’ll get access to Qwilr at a discounted price. All Enterprise customers are billed annually. If you want a multiyear subscription, reach out to the team to chat with them!

You can cancel your plan anytime. If you decide to cancel, your Qwilr Pages will be turned off, and you’ll will no longer have access to your account. If you’re on an annual subscription, you’ll need to pay the remainder of your subscription.
