NEW: Get your agreements and contracts initialed in Qwilr

Guy Hall|Updated May 26, 2025

You asked for it, and we built it.

You can now require initials and signatures throughout your Qwilr agreements – giving you more control over exactly how, where and what buyers acknowledge in your contracts!

With our new Signature and Initial widgets, you can now send proposals that win over buyers, and contracts that fully meet the needs of legal, finance and compliance teams.

No more jumping between tools and adding friction to your process.

Just a single, streamlined proposal and sign-off workflow.

What’s new

We’ve enhanced our Agreements feature with two powerful new widgets.

Whether you’re sending your contract, Terms and Conditions, NDAs, or any other agreements, with our Signature and Initial widgets, you can require that buyers initial or sign specific clauses of your contracts.

These widgets can be placed anywhere within your agreements and helps you meet any compliance needs that state your buyers must acknowledge certain aspects of your contracts.

You can now:

  • Send compliance-friendly contracts
  • Highlight high-importance sections of your agreements for explicit acknowledgement
  • Streamline approvals without juggling multiple tools
  • Maintain a clear audit trail with clear points of confirmation

Why it matters

Our goal is to ensure that you can use Qwilr to send both plain-text contracts and engaging, interactive proposals – reducing friction in your sales process and helping you to cut back on your tech toolkit.

And not every deal is simple! Sometimes you need your buyers to specifically agree to certain aspects of your offer.

It was, therefore, a no-brainer to add these new widgets – to make sure that you can use Qwilr for your contracts, while keeping your team happy when it comes to compliance.

Ready to try it?

Create an Agreement, click the plus icon to add a new widget, and select either Signature or Initials.

Drop this next to the clause of your contract that requires acknowledgement, and you’re good to go.
