NEW: Powerful Automations updates for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Slack

We’ve just released some automations updates that will save you time and help you run efficient, error-free processes.

Let’s dive into what’s new!

HubSpot

We’ve already got a library of HubSpot automations, designed to help your team cut back on admin.

And one of the most highly requested features has been deeper access to Qwilr data within HubSpot – especially for use with HubSpot Workflows, external systems and email automation.

Now, that’s possible.

You can access more data than ever before to fill standard or custom fields in your HubSpot deals.

You can sync things like…

  • Page links (including the shareable link and PDF download link)
  • Page views
  • Expiry date
  • Page status
  • QwilrPay status and amount collected
  • And more!

Huge time saver, right? Well, that’s just half the story. 

This release unlocks a whole lot of opportunities for powerful Workflows.

Here’s just a flavor of what’s possible…

Triggering email sequences

Sync your deal statuses to the statuses of your Qwilr pages, and use this to send personalized emails.

For example, you can establish a Workflow that automatically sends an email to your customer, from HubSpot, with the link to the Qwilr proposal, as soon as the page is set live.

You can then follow up with a reminder 7 days before your proposal’s expiry date, and once accepted, send an onboarding email to your client – all without lifting a finger.

Setting tasks for reps

Want to ensure reps don’t let deals slip away?

Create a Workflow that uses the expiry date of your Qwilr page to set tasks for your sellers – reminding them to reach out to their buyer before the proposal is no longer valid.

And so much more

This new automation truly puts the power in your hands, and you can use it to support all sorts of creative Workflows.

Set up these HubSpot workflows in your Automations Library.

Slack

Our Slack automations provide you with real time alerts, in Slack, when something notable happens in your proposals.

We’ve made some improvements to the messages that you receive – giving you a clearer picture of the activity in your Qwilr pages.

First up, the shareable link to your Qwilr page will now show in all notifications (except when you’ve set a page as a draft), allowing you to effortlessly access the page.

If you’re co-signing a page as part of an approval flow on the go, this one is for you!

Next, when a client accepts your page, you’ll see the QwilrPay status and the amount collected via QwilrPay.

And finally, we’ve made it easier for you to see who’s been accessing your proposals.

Now, in our User-Identified notification, the name and/or email of the user is now visible in the message. (Available only on our Enterprise plan)

Pipedrive

We’re working on Pipedrive Automations that will be available in the coming weeks!

Soon, you’ll be able to use updates to your Qwilr pages to automatically update your Pipedrive deal records. You’ll be able to…

  • Update your deal pipeline stage when a page is set live
  • Update the deal amount when a page is accepted
  • Fill custom fields in your Pipedrive deals with data from your Qwilr pages
  • And so much more

Salesforce

We recently launched a series of Salesforce automations, allowing you to trigger CRM updates, and fill standard and custom fields in your Opportunities with information – based on what’s happening in your Qwilr pages.

Not only does this mean you can effortlessly keep Salesforce up to date, you can also use this data to prompt Salesforce Flows.
