A compelling proposal can be the difference between winning a high-value deal, or missing out entirely.
How quickly and easily you can pull together a proposal – as well as how polished and professional you can get with your design – is therefore of massive importance.
That’s why, we’ve been working on the Qwilr editor – making it as easy as possible for you to create impressive, deal-winning proposals.
In case you missed our updates, here’s a recap…
We added a new sidebar and a library of pre-designed content
To kick off our updates, we released a new pull-out sidebar, which gives you immediate access to your library of content, our extensive Unsplash library and even some brand new pre-designed blocks.
Having this content at your fingertips drastically reduces the time it takes you to create something stunning in Qwilr.

We introduced more layout flexibility
With our new Column widget, you can now choose to add content to your Qwilr page in two, three, four and up to 12 columns.
More layout options = more creative possibilities.

We announced our new style library
Have you ever wanted to explore some alternative ways to visualize your content?
We upgraded our style library, allowing you to effortlessly preview and try out your page in a few different styles, all while maintaining the look and feel of your brand.

We now offer drag and drop functionality
You can now effortlessly reposition your text, images and entire sections with our new drag handles.
This makes it easier than ever to rework your Qwilr page until you’ve got it just right.
And that’s just the headlines!
We’ve made a ton of other updates – including how you select content, how granular you can get with your font and block controls, and how much freedom you have when it comes to coloring individual pieces of text – but we won’t go into the details here.
In fact, we’ve just had some new updates roll out…
You can now copy and paste styles
Want to reuse a style that you’ve developed on other parts of your Qwilr page?
With our new copy and paste functionality for styles, you can effortlessly do just this.
Here’s how it works: Click the drag handle next to the element whose style you want to replicate, then select Copy Style.
Next, click the drag handle of the element you’d like to apply the style to, and choose Paste Style.
This second element will now match the style of the first. Simple!
You are now able to override fonts
You’re no longer limited to one font for each block. With font overrides, you now have the freedom to style individual pieces of text however you like.
Choose a different font for a heading, line of body text or even an individual word —pulled from any Google Font, or even your custom fonts if you’re on our Enterprise plan.
Happy closing!
If you’re interested in learning more about any of these updates, you can find all the info over on our Product Updates page.
We hope you love these updates as much as we do, and we can’t wait for you to blow your clients away with some amazing proposals!
Keep your eyes peeled for more updates coming soon 👀
