Earlier this year, Qwilr successfully received our SOC 2 Type I report, which demonstrated that we had the right systems and processes in place to protect your information.

Now, we are thrilled to announce that we have successfully completed our SOC 2 Type II audit!

What is SOC 2 Type II?

SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) is a rigorous auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

It evaluates how companies manage customer data based on five trust service principles: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

While SOC 2 Type I verifies the design of a company’s controls at a single point in time, SOC 2 Type II takes this a step further. It demonstrates that those controls have been consistently and effectively implemented over an extended period.
